Feliway (75mL) Spray
Feliway is a synthetic copy of the feline facial pheromone, used by cats to mark their territory as safe and secure. By mimicking the cats natural facial pheromones, Feliway creates a state of familiarity and security in the cat's local environment. As a result, Feliway can be used to help comfort and reassure cats, while they cope with a challenging situation and/or help prevent or reduce the stress caused to a cat during a change in their environment. The development of Feliway created a new field in veterinary medicine:Pheromonatherapy. New 75 mL bottle for same price! Feliway spray can help stop cat spraying. Both male and female cats, because of hormonal and behavior problems, can start spraying urine on objects or areas. Feliway contains pheromone-like substances which discourages this behavior when it is applied to the area the pet has sprayed. One depression of the Feliway pheromone spray nozzle should be applied approximately 4" from the site, 8" from the floor. Only one spray per application site is necessary. Urine marks and prominent objects should be treated one to two times daily for 30 days. Maintenance application every two to three days may be necessary in some situations. Feliway Electric Diffuser (48 mL)
Feliway (Comfort Zone) spray and diffusers prevent cats from urinating where they shouldn't. This fantastic new pheromone Feliway spray or diffuser duplicates the smell of a cat's natural scent glands. Cats will not soil anything close to where Feliway has been sprayed. Containing the synthetic scent hormone, the plug-in diffuser allows the Feliway scent to permeate throughout the environment. Each plug-in will cover an area of 50 to 70 square metres and lasts approximately four weeks. Alterations in the cat's environment such as visits to the vet, moving house, new arrivals, or nervous cats may manifest themselves as a change in behaviour such as urine marking, scratching, loss of appetite and refusal to play and interact. The diffuser helps to restore a feeling of calm in the cat. Early feedback on this product has been very positive, particularly for nervous cats. Contains one electric device and 48ml vial. NB: If cat urine marks several rooms (with total surface area of more than 70sq.m), use an additional diffuser in one of the other rooms which have been marked.
